The Arch Audio Visual Event Process
- First Meeting - Arch Audio Visual's event coordinators will meet with you and/or your team to develop the concept and goals for your event and discuss your audio visual budget.
- Site Visit -Representatives from Arch Audio Visual visit your event site in order to create a floor plan and help you to envision the layout of your event. Our team will make suggestions on how to bring your vision to a working model and we will address any concerns or potential issues.
- The Presentation of Service - Arch Audio Visual's team presents you with equipment and staffing solutions that best match the specifics of your event space and budget.
- The weeks before - Arch Audio Visual's production manager becomes part of your event planning team for production meetings, conference calls, and discussions with banquet managers, security staff, PR and marketing teams, entertainment, and other service providers to insure a seamless and pain free event day.
- The Event Day - The Arch Audio Visual team tests, packs, and delivers all audio visual equipment. Our management team will work with you to schedule and coordinate rehearsals and is prepared to make any last minute adjustments that are necessary to make your event a huge success. Arch Audio Visual's technical team members will set up and operate all audio, video, and lighting equipment and will maintain contact with you and our production manager throughout the event day with walkie talkies and phones so that we can respond quickly if any situations should arise.
- At the end of the event - We strike, pack, and remove all audio visual equipment. Arch Audio Visual's Production manager then meets with your team to review your event to suggest improvements and listen to your suggestions to make the next event even more memorable.
